What is he going to get done? Is he going to get support form the republicans in Congress? no. Are the Hillary backers going to want him to be successful? Um no.
For those of you too young or not even born before 1980 go learn about Jimmy Carter. he was the "change" candidate in 1976. Was a really nice likable guy. Overwhelmed by the office and received no support from Congress even from his own party. Lost very badly in 1980 ot Reagan. Would have lost the democratic nomination in 1980 to Ted Kennedy if not for a thing called Chappaquiddick back in 1969.
