The roads are still shit, and that hasn't stopped the underage drinking at all. They all have fake id's and go to bourbon street anyways. I know a guy who was like "ah, my fake id is going to expire before I am 21, time to get a new one."
its not really "fuck the feds", as much as it is "huh, feds? who dat?"
I am from Southern California and miss it terribly. Only here a few long ass years for family reasons.
