Bush has neither built nuclear weapons in N. Korea, nor hit the US on 9/11. It happened to be during his administration and he has to meet the threats (after all, all Americans love cheap oil for their car and a stable economy and peaceful life home).
When Iran threatens the oil region with nuclear weapons in 5 years, it will be the Hillary Clinton years
And when China rises as the next superpower, challenging for real the US hegemony, and not like France and Germany are doing now, it will be the spring rolls/rice/WonTonsoup years
