He may have had an injury years ago, but it is all the opiates and other pills that are causing him the back pain now. Most people who complain of back pain are giving it to themselves either through being overweight and out of shape or from taking lots of pills which have profound psychological and physiological side effects including dulls pains that are hard to localize in your body.
