This is simply not true in this situation we have here in this thread. You can't even use 10 seconds legally.

You can't take 10 seconds clips of any artists' music and put in your porn trailers.

If you owned a music review site yes you could get by with it, but not a porn site. (doh)

I mean you can if you want (obviously) But it will suck when the Deputy comes knocking on your door serving you papers.
