2K does not sound bad, consider ?200-?250 / day in amsterdam, on top of that there is normal registration, transport from air port and to air port, then there is costs from the bar / restaurant etc, ofcourse you can always eat free if you wanna place your luck on a group of 50-100 people going out, then deciding what they want, then waiting for the food etc
2K is a good value and will weed out the most people that go to a show for the free events rather than business
