Does it concern you...
that our economy really is based upon nothing but buying bigger and better toys for ourselves.
Of course we provide our selves with the essentials like food and shelter, but really our economy is mainly driven by entertainment.
Alot of industry is based upon the manufacturing of goods that are solely for entertainment.
You get a job to buy toys.
Someone gets a job to make toys, but with their paycheck they buy toys from someone who works at a store that sells toys...and then we all meet at a resteraunt and our served by someone who works to buy toys from the salesman who sells toys, which in turn keeps the guy who manufactures toys employed.
When is this bubble going to burst? Or will it ever?
It's just amazing sometimes when I drive around and see these huge fucking retail stores...there's only so many dollars to go around.
