People who "need" their cell phone or other portable communicator. I'd guess 1% of people have an actual "need".

Telemarketers who INSIST that they can save me money.

Example 1: "We can save you 14% on your natural gas bill" "For how long?" "1 year" "Whats the rate after that?" "I dont know, it's a promotional offer.". "Dont fucking call me ever again".

Example 2:"We can cut your phone bill by 10% per month" "How much is it per month?" "$29.95" "I only pay $21 a month" "Ok sorry sir" "Dont fucking call me again"

Anyone who calls you and doesnt say who THEY are before asking who YOU are.
"Hello is this Thomas?" "Who's calling please?" "I'm calling for Thomas" "Yes I know that, and YOU are??????????????????????" "We can save you......" click
