Dude in California its possible for a child to DIVORCE his/her parents if the child has the financial income to do so.

The third and last way to become emancipated is to get a declaration from a judge. In order to get a declaration, you must prove the following: (1) you are at least 14 years old (2) you don't want to live with your parents and your parents don't have an objection (3) you must show fiscal responsibility (4) you can financially and legally support yourself (5) you must show that emancipation would be beneficial for you.

The part about your parents dont have an objection is iffy one, if your parents do you can take them to court. Which these child stars of plenty of money to blow on 1000 hr lawyers.
it has happened in the past with child actors.
So if the only way to keep your daughter (if she is a child actor) in your life is VERY VERY hard unless you do what she wants .
