Why should it be non-profit? This is a service that has value. It helps businesses, it doesn't feed the hungry or clothe the naked. Damn right anyone that wants to use it should pay for it!

If your service was helping poor people survive, then I can see a reason to be non-profit. BUT.... since this service either (1) helps businesses gain revenue or (2) help businesses reduce losses, then by all means it should be done for profit. I like getting all warm fuzzy feelings but the power company told me I could not pay my electric bill with warm fuzzy feelings.
