Name someone that has been charged the fees. We asked about the email some received and they said it was not from them.
It seems everyone knows someone that knows someone.........
But nobody has been able to give a name and number of someone at PayPal that can verify this.
Not trying to start anything. Just am beginning to think it is just a urban legend.
Anyone charged, please post a contact.
