I think after several (10+) shoulder dislocations, I'm finally ready to get things fixed up once and for all.
I originally popped it out playing football in high school about 10 years ago, but now I seem to do it anytime I do anything slightly out of the ordinary (ie: learning a new golf swing or trying to hit a softball to the opposite field). I've even dislocated it unzipping my pants to go to the bathroom and this morning I even knocked it out for about 30 seconds simply getting out of bed.

AHHHHH!!!
I recently had some knee surgery performed after tearing my ACL in a mountain biking accident. Now after about a year, I'm back up to 100% with the knee and seriously thinking it's time to get my shoulder done too.
Has any one had shoulder surgery? If so, what did you think about it and how are you feeling today?
