For the last year, I did YogaFit. My teacher originally was affiliated with a Taekwondo school then started teaching it at the gym. We did the ultra version which is vinyasa based but she also sort of did her own thing with it. I started after taking Pilates (which I hated) and really enjoyed it. I could definitely see changes in my body and the classes were really enjoyable.

She got hurt a few months ago and won't be teaching anymore, which sux. I started bjj lessons in October and thought I would really like it, but I'm in a class with the biggest fucking retards you could ever imagine (guys). Saturday, one of them slammed me back on a mat with his full weight and bent my arm and shoulder back behind me. He also outweighs me by more than 150 pounds. I thought I was going to die it hurt so bad and now I'm all messed up. I had to go to an orthopedic surgeon Monday. I want my yoga class back.
