Is this something you just heard? Or do you know for a proveable fact it is true?
The reason I ask is, we have talked to several people at PayPal and none of them have heard about any visa or MC fees.
Has anyone got anyone at PayPal to confirm the roomer about the fees? And if so, what was there name and phone number?
