The verification process didnt worry me, the fact that I can't get access to the content now that I have paid for it and gone through the verification process annoys me.
When I click to download what I have purchased their system says it will email me a temporary download link. This email never arrives. When challenged on ICQ the best thing they can think of is for me to modify my spam filters. I dont filter spam here, I do however block SPEWS listed domains - I doubt ounique are spammers.
When I buy content I expect to be able to pay and then obtain the content with the minimum of fuss. For example paulmarkham.com is an example of customer service excellence in this area, ounique.com seems to me to be a prime example of what not to do
