I ordered some content from Ounique.com last week and had to undergo a rigourous process of checking before they would approve me, which seemed a bit over the top but they said its to reduce fraud, fair enough. (I had prepaid my first order with Paypal).
Then I get an email telling me to log into their site and download my content, ok fine nothing unusual here. When I clicked to download what I had bought, their system told me it would send a link to me to download the content , hrmm another delay.
Well no email comes from ounique. When I queried ounique.com they said...
"Our links are sent from
[email protected]. If our links are being caught in your spam filter, you can check for emails from this email address in the folder where your spam is sent to. Some spam filters allow you to add email addresses that you will accept emails from. You would need to do this. "
then it was suggested I supply another email address.
This is bullshit, if a content provider makes it this hard to do business with them then Im not interested. Most companies I buy from send me an ftp login after my order or even give me a direct link to download content.
Anyway, ouniqie.com is out, Im looking for content providers with a large range and easy ordering process...
