I agree! I posted to GFY a few days ago asking who I should contact at ARS to resolve an issue with one of their reps and was most impressed by they way Marc promptly posted a reply suggesting that I should e-mail mmonroe and also provided contact details for his sister Becky the CEO.

Unfortunately mmonroe has neglected to reply to my e-mail which was sent four days ago. So I guess I'll have to contact Becky which seems a tad like overkill. But hey the rep refuses to discuss this issue and mmonroe hasn't answer my e-mail, so what choice do I have?

The fact is, I don't even require any action from ARS as I won't be doing business with you guys again. I simply hoped that someone in a position of authority at ARS would do me the courtesy of acknowledging that they've received my complaints. Marc I think that your attitude is great! But the lack of response I've received from your staff is nothing short of pathetic!

FYI, the e-mail sent to mmonroe had the subject, "What's Matthew's problem?" and came from adam att carnalia.com. If I have not received a reply from mmonroe within 24-hours I will e-mail Becky, if she does not reply I will e-mail you (ie thus following the advice from your recent GFY reply).

The whole basis of my complaint is that one of your reps willfully wasted half-a-day of my time and then refused to even discuss the issue with me. So the irony of wasting still more of my valuable time with fruitless attempts to raise the issue with senior management is not lost on me!

I suspect that fewer people would feel the need to post their grievances publicly on a BSS if your staff were as helpful and diplomatic as you are Marc. You will note that I have not taken the specifics of my grievences public, but I've gotta say that the vengeful side of me would love to
