Problem is only with https, not non secure, . ccbill.com loads up fine, if I try and do anything like access webmaster or affiliate admin , or even support - they are all on secure subdomains - times out everytime.
Big deal for me as I can't check stats, test signup scripts etc.
Took the laptop to the UK the other day. Sat in the airport and lo and behold webmaster admin login page comes up. Get back to the office in Spain and it times out.
Traceroute shows traffic being rejected as soon as it hits CWIE. Tried it on another ISP here and same thing. Really wierd.

Were you trying to load http://affiliateadmin.ccbill.com/ ? That URL is non secure and appears to be firewalled. Make sure you load https://affiliateadmin.ccbill.com/ (note httpS) |
