Instead of spending $200 billion on IRAQ you simply divert the money to alternative resources with a $100 million reward for a viable solution within 1 1/2 years...
We would be using something else by 2010 and the oil nations would be scratching their heads going, WTF?!?!?!
But we don't because Bush is an oil producer himself and he is getting crack rock selling rich off of the $90 barrel.
