We were really unhappy ...... we ordered ..... gave payment info ..... they sent initial draft ..... then disappeared off the face of the earth. No returned phone call, icq's, or emails after many attempts by us. Nice to see everyone seemed to have a good experience , but I have no idea what happened for us. We ended up getting a design by
