("WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified by e-mail or telephone call using the contact information submitted to Sponsor during entry. Any winner notification e-mail returned as undeliverable for any reason or telephone number which is determined to not be a valid number or a telephone number that is not answered will result in prize forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's discretion. Potential winners may be required to sign and return to Sponsor an Affidavit of Eligibility/ Liability Release with (where lawful) a publicity release for receipt by Sponsor by the due date indicated in the notification letter (which may be within seven (7) days or less of notification).
