Make sure "Breakdown by URL's" at the bottom of the screen is checked, then once the transaction summary is displayed you can click on "Referring URL" or "Destination URL" on the left hand side.

Were you trying to load
http://affiliateadmin.ccbill.com/ ? That URL is non secure and appears to be firewalled. Make sure you load
https://affiliateadmin.ccbill.com/ (note httpS)
