ok well you had your chance. I just do not understand your reasoning at all, why do we have to play these games? You're going to spend a small fortune in lawyers and an obscene amount of time going back and forth over this? It just doesn't make any sense at all, why not take down the site and or advise the other mysterious "person" that you sold it to remove it and that will be the end of it?
I'm sure your new employers (ATK) don't appreciate the fact that they have been brought into this and you are spending their company time defending yourself on message boards about slandering your previous employer.
Do the right thing, bring the site down and that will be the end of it.
