Who are you discriminating against?
I'd say... just make sure the poses are as lifelike as your other sets... Make sure he's smiling... he looks real, interacts with the camera, etc...
The only problem I would see, is if he was mentally handicapped, if he isnt, I dont see a problem with it, you arent taking advantage of him...
