That property isn't close to the beach--it's 17 blocks away--about a mile, and the other side of Highway 1, aka stinkin' Lincoln Blvd. There are t-shirts for sale at the local farmers market that say, "AWOL - Always West Of Lincoln". This must be the zenith of being a Westside snob.
