If the editor of "Judaism Today" Magazine published an article doubting that the Holocaust happened you don't think they should have the legal right to fire the editor? They shouldn't have the legal right to hold their EMPLOYEE accountable for his or her actions? They shouldn't have the right to protect actions which they perceive will hurt their profits.
Freedom of Expression - and it is a somewhat vague concept - guarantees that a magazine can print a story denying the holocaust. It doesn't guarantee that you have the right to write that in spray-paint on my house and it doesn't guarantee you, if you are a writer, the right to have your story published in any magazine you submit to. The editor is NOT the owner of the company.
