Fuck, I wake up now like 530am, regardless of what time i go to sleep which averages 11pm or so. I'm so trained at going to bed at 4am and getting up at 8am to work that now that I'm healthy and eating like a health nut and not drinking hardly ever, (new years eve), fuck i just can't stay asleep like I used to.
I'm up at fucking 6am now, on Saturday morning, ain't shit on TV, I went to the gym yesterday, ate breakfast already.
I have been reading that as you get older you actually need less sleep. I'm averaging 5-6 hours a night and then I can't sleep anymore.
