The managing partner of the Traffic company approached us to start a tube style site under Brazzers Traffic. We refused, given our position in the industry...owning such a site would be working agains our own interest. Thus a separate company was formed in which we have no financial interest, and that company operates pornhub.com .
For us, it would make no sense to own a site like that, the margins just dont justify the expense, and it would be 100% against the interests of our core business.

How do you explain when the domain pornhub went from Gary Kremen to the "new" owner Matt Keez
[email protected] on 3-2-07 the same physical address that juggcash uses was used for pornhub's whois as well? You refussed to be involved but yet they used your physical address on the whois? During the same time frame web archive shows pornhub doing to test and what appears to be working on the site that is live today.
