If a trademark is internationally recognized, and well known to the public and you open any kind of business for the purposes and with the intent of using that trademarks goodwill, notiority, public recognition, etc. to enhance the value of your business, you are infringing on that trademark and the owners rights on that trademark.
Like I said go open a car dealership call Microsoft Ford and count the minutes til you here from a corporate attorney in Redmond.
This doesn't necessarily mean they can successfully c&d you, since obviously the guy is in a country where the judicial process is quite different than in the US, but regardless, the Hun's attorney's could file claims with the companies paying this guy which most likely would be in the US or a legally effective country.
