The Admin says what the total payout owed is, but the per webmaster reports aren't counting in the payout changes on min payouts. Which is probably the difference that you are missing.
Anyway, I will hit up NATS again to see if this update can get pushed out.

Nah, did nothing of the sort. I've never been paid by them before though if that means anything, just started promoting them but now...
