NATS admin does payout reports, so likely what they are saying is that NATS did not add you to the payout report and thats what you are paid from, not the stats would be my guess.

However, I'm not sure why it would take them 4days to fix it though, the few times it has happened to us, NATS is on it quickly and resolved in less than a day usually and we are able to pay the affiliate. From the sponsor side, I understand why its important to do it from the payout report or things get really messed up and become a accounting nightmare.
