:stop what do you do when a program says they're having a "NATS" payment issue...?

I'm clearly over the payout limit, sent this company an email asking why I haven't been payed yet and I get this short reply back (and i quote):

"for some reason, NATS is showing you have just come under the 100
min payout. I'm looking into this further. I'll keep you updated."

to which i reply "Um, ok, just let me know..."

I'm clearly over that amount and yet they're saying I'm not?? All I have to do is log-in and it's right there!


Am I missing something here? Or is this normal? It's been about 4 days and I've still heard nothing. I don't want to OUT the program just yet until I hear some feedback...
