There is still an issue with an imposed limitation for refunds and credits for X days after a transaction. I've been attempting to resolve this issue with yourselves and NetBilling since November, to no resolve, and no direct contact beyond sully, who is not returning my email.

Please contact me via to resolve this; I'm nearly at my wit's end and am ready to move my accounts.
