First if mother consents in the state of fla u can bang them as young as 16
Second if u take them on a boat on international waters u are ok..
third.. it is only illegal if they open their mouths...
Why bother.. i bet there are hundreds of just as cute or much cuter girls who just turned 18 .... no need to bang anyone under 18.
