This is a google gadget toolbar button.
If you are not familiar with google gadgets , here is a quick rundown.
Google gadgets are like mini interfaces with other websites you can add to your google toolbar.
What does this tool do. ?
This tool is a button on your google toolbar , when clicked it will display information about the page and domain you are currently viewing.
The following information is shown
( in a drop down box for ie users )
( in a new page for firefox users )
total pages listed on google
total backlinks on google for current page
total backlinks on google for current domain
total images on google images
total backlinks on yahoo
total pages listed on yahoo
total images on yahoo images
total videos on yahoo videos
total pages on live/msn
total images on live/msn
total videos on live/msn
there are other online tools that offer services similar but the drawback is you have to cut and paste the page urls into these tools to get the benefits, whereas with my tool you can simply press the button when you are viewing a page to find out information about it
you must have the google toolbar installed to use this.
ie users should first get the new google toolbar 5.0 beta to get full usage
