It is true that regular users are physically able to upload stolen content, but it does not stay on the system as it is reported by users, found by admins and in some cases an official will report it to XTube, where is it always promptly removed.

this is the bullshit you fuckers are in trouble for. the content shouldnt be there in the first place. jesus stop hiding behind the fucking loophole. none of us are buying this or accepting it. if you're gonna keep snubbing content producers by allowing "users" (who could be employees in your office), then people will stay mad and you guys should prob stay away from shows.

It is important to note that this model is on the way out the door. XTube is no longer interested in doing business in this fashion. There are too many people who cannot wrap their heads around it. So, shortly, all webmaster access to the site will be shut down. I thought you guys might be happy to hear that

no one has a problem with webmasters being able to upload shit. if you're abandoning this model for the user uploading one you're gonna have a hell of a lot more things that people aren't gonna accept and "wrap their heads around".
i hope you don't think that those of us in the business for ten years or more around here are stupid.
run a legit site and no one will say shit. bottom line man.
