Actually now that you mention it, the majority of them are too small to be of use in situations when they need to physically restrain someone. Hence the increased use of tasers lately.

I don't have a problem with women cops if they can do the job, but they really need to do something about their minimum enrolment requirements. Some of the women police around here are barely tall enough to see over the dash of their cruiser.
