So I go to redeem my last 42,000 miles, to clear out my miles.

I selected 3, $100 Futureshop cards for 39,000 miles.

The confirmation page says 1, $100 Futureshop card for 39,000 miles.

Um, alright? What?s with that? Now i got to chase it!

I wish all Airlines were like WestJet, just so much easier and nicer to deal with.

Funny... my friend told me this thing... Air Canada, Happy when you are unhappy!
