I eat red meat, I said that above.. I drink milk daily, and I love steaks. I'm stating what is true vs what you are told. Your body isn't designed to eat it, digest it, or anything, that includes many thing though and not just meat.
My great grandmother was hella old when she died, drank beer and smoked, ate meat, all that crap. Grandfather was healthy, did it all right, ate correctly, died of a heart attack at 60.
Some people diet means nothing and others it means everything.
