Don't forget we cook our red meat, for safety because our bodies don't properly digest it, and so we can chew it, because are teeth are not designed to rip through meat.

You sound like the few veggies i know around me. They're all scientific about how we're meant to do this or that. Without going into too much debate about animal rights, veggies and carnivores, i'll just add this.
My grandma lived till 90. She lived her whole life at the farm. She ate what she made and what she cought/bred/grew there (meat was an ingreadient in almost every meal, milk was drank every single day). Died of natural cause. She never bothred with "fat-free milk", "whole-wheat bread", yada yada what you get fed by the media these days. She didn't buy summer fruit in the fucking winter from the supermarket. She didn't buy eggplants that were perfectly shaped with perfect purple color. Anyone i know from the place she lived in is either still alive, or died of natural causes.
On the other note, almost noone (that i know) died of natural cause in the city i live in. It's either cancer, or stroke. Most of them were in their 50's.
