All of this is nothing new. There were many counties in florida and ohio in 2004 that the exit polls showed kerry as winning, but then they were won by bush. This means one of two things happened. Either some groups made a decided effort to lie to and mislead the exit pollers and they did it in mass, or something fishy happened.
