horrible, yeah
but,well given that there are only 20k genes in the human body coding proteins, all working in harmony to produce the human body, brain, organs etc, it's no wonder that a few people out of the billions out there have something go disastrously wrong....
Looking at things like this, however horrible they are, just makes me marvel at how perfect the animal body really is.
