All these link lists are updated daily. They're spaced out a bit to avoid possible dupe content penalties, but none are over a week behind. I'm also pretty fucking lenient on rules (don't take that to mean submit crap. I do have a blacklist and I'm not afraid to use it
) In addition to getting listed on the category page, you'll also be on the index page until the next batch rolls through for an extra boost in traffic.
How about TGP/MGP galleries:

It's stuffed with hosted galleries right now, but those will fade away as the submissions take over. No plans to do CJ type traffic trades, so all traffic goes back to submitters. You should see some good traffic really quickly.
