There are plenty of ICANN haters who I am sure will use this issue to rally against ICANN.
Domain Tasting is flat-out wrong that provides for an uneven playing field.
Network Solutions "solution" of registering the domain to "protect" their customers should be calling for FTC investigation as it prevents anyone who conincidentally is thinking of the same domain but checking at another register, from being able to register it.
