Body Builders morning protein shake:
1 cup whole oats.
~30-50 grams of Vanilla Protein Powder (Isolate or or a Weight Gainer formula maybe in your case)
1 cup milk
Cinnamon
Lots of pure, raw honey.
1 Banana
1 Apple pealed
Blent the hell out of all that together with some ice and water. You'll pack in more than 1000 calories at breakfast in a single shake.
