Youtube has their own problems, they still accept a lot of stuff most don't.
They should be the one getting sued. People post complete movies on youtube, music videos, and a whole lot of other shit that they shouldn't. They are growing way to fast to know what they are doing.

Ever notice how they have all the songs / music videos on youtube by the artist, and whatnot even 69,000,000 views on some of them videos
and thats okay, but if you download a song to your phone you are copyright theft... I think this is what creates legal trouble.. If you fight for copyright protection, you must waive your rights to promotional benefits as well.. You should not get to enforce a crime, when you freely distribute in other public channels
