I've done my share of work at breweries with my old job, like Molson's, Labatts, kokanee in creston. I've seen numerous times where if they don't get a certain batch bottled on time, they literally open the valve on the bottom of then tank and let it drain. Most of these tanks I am sure are bigger then some of your houses.
