steamed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, baby carrots)
roasted baby potatos
beef stirfry with red wine sauce
chicken slow-cooked in honey barbecue sauce
and one of the tenderest cuts of baked ham I've had in some time.
I am absolutely STUFFED right now. :D
