CCBill is kind of fucked up in how it works: CCBill does an instant post to your system for a purchase so people who paid for the porn are allowed to view it within seconds. Rebills are polled later via a script, rather than posted to you, as, say, NetBilling works. Sometimes they'll CB an initial and you'll still show a rebill, due to the automatic/polling nature of the system - it's not sync'd.

The way it came as a CB is that it takes like 3 days for ACH to settle; if someone's overdrawn between initial and actual charge date, it will bounce as a credit, but it may show as a CB. I'm not familiar how you're polling.
