My ex and I moved to Baltimore in 2005 when she got in The University of Balitmore Law School.
I wish I could say they make Baltimore seem worse than it is but they don't.
I was partners at a restaurant/bar in Canton, one block off the water in what is the nicest part of town. Our bar was broken into 3 times; including once when the guys who broke in, while being cashed by the police, caused a crash in which several people died.
